Wwhats an easy dessert to make for a 14 year old?

My 14 yr old daughter is in cooking class.
She needs a dessert recipe to bring in class tomoorw.
We have no idea what to make. The teacher specifically said no rice crispy treats or cupcakes or store bought cookies. ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS? it has to be something a 14 year old can make, PLEASE.
