What are some good muffin recipes?

For cooking class, we are assigned to look for a muffin recipe online so we can cook it. People in our class are doing rainbow muffins, choc chip, etc, so what type of muffin do you suggest me and my partner make?

In addition you might want to change the photo above. I prepared a background without a face which rests in images/photo-bg.png. Put your face on it, name as photo.png, move to images/photo.png and your face would show up on your blog :)
