cooking term question?

I’m doing my homework for my creative cooking class and i am stuck on a question. So we are suppose to write the word for the definitions.
the definition is “to remove the skin of a fruit or vegetable”.
that’s the only one i am stuck on. I thought it was peel at first but it’s not. all i know is that the 3rd letter in it is “r”.

You could put some facts about you here. In order to change the text, go to the themes option page (Design => Theme options).
In addition you might want to change the photo above. I prepared a background without a face which rests in images/photo-bg.png. Put your face on it, name as photo.png, move to images/photo.png and your face would show up on your blog :)
