Should all girls be required to take at least two classes of home economics before graduating high school?

I think so because I have talked with so many women in their 20s who say they do not know how to cook or can’t cook really good. Women being able to cook and take care of the house is essential for a good marriage and can lower divorce rates.

Do you know what the recipe and name is?

I remember I went to this cooking class a couple years ago. We made something that might have used tapioca flour (or some other flour) to make a somewhat squishy substance. We rolled it out into logs and then took parts and rolled those into balls. We dropped them into coconut milk (which was heating up on the stove) and then ate it later. It was sweet and the balls were chewy. Does anyone know the name of this dish?

How to avoid a smoky smell (campfire)?
Posted on November 9th, 2010 No commentsjab4343 asked:
I am currently enrolled in a Outdoor Cooking class that requires me to start and be up close to small outdoor campfires. This, of course, leads to a smoky campfire odor on all of my clothing after the class, which is my first of the day. What can I do/wear to avoid smelling like a campfire for the rest of the day?I already wear a winter coat and snowpants, but the smell still seaps through.
