What should I do if I impulsively sprayed pesticide on a cabinet full of cooking utensils?

There were a lot of roaches when I were busy cleaning the kitchen cabinet so my hand instinctively grab the insecticide and aim at the roaches without thinking the effects. I used Mortein Roach Control Class IV. What steps should I take now? I am worry not only for mine but everyone else health. Please help me.Thank you for your time and concern.
